Wu Yi DORIC provides the full spectrum of services required to plan and deliver construction projects in urban, regional and remote locations. We have the in-house expertise required to manage projects from their conceptual stages through to design, procurement, construction, commissioning and completion.

Our capabilities extend beyond traditional design and construction, as we strive to deliver innovative construction and engineering solutions.


Our project managers, site managers, design managers, engineers, supervisors, administrators, tenancy coordinators, safety coordinators and labourers work tirelessly to deliver our projects to the high standard that we set for ourselves. Our ability to consistently achieve this standard is a testament to their commitment, experience and skill.


Our planners work with our project managers and construction managers to develop detailed work breakdown structures, schedules and programmes and investigate opportunities to deliver our projects with greater speed and efficiency. We take pride in our track record of delivering projects ahead of schedule, and our planners play a pivotal role in enabling our project teams to achieve these results.


Our estimators and quantity surveyors develop cost estimates based on our comprehensive database of current rates and input from our wide network of subcontractors. They also focus on identifying opportunities to reduce the cost of construction. By taking this approach, we add value to our projects and create a competitive advantage.


Our project managers, design managers and engineers rely on their design and construction knowledge to optimise designs. This process encapsulates technical design reviews, buildability assessments, value engineering, safety-in-design reviews and risk assessment. Our design managers are former architects and engineers, who were themselves designers before joining the company. This experience enables them to collaborate with design consultants to identify opportunities to improve design outcomes.


We employ maintenance personnel who assist facility managers and owners to maintain the buildings, assets and facilities that we deliver. This enables us to provide a high standard of customer service after our projects are completed.
